This is one fabulous antique walnut lock front butlers chest with hidden secretary in excellent condition. A true period piece with Eastlake style that was well cared for over the many years of it's life. Stunning, this chest measures 37" w x 21"d x 54" h. It has 5 drawer, 3 from bottom and two from top with a fall front desk in the third from top that has a 13.5" depth for writing on with 3 small shelves, pigeonholes and two drawers for letters paperwork etc.  Classy inlaid leather writing surface. The drawers are bird's eye dovetailing and operate like new.  It is simply Superb. This piece is very collectible and will not last. In over 15 years of business this is only the 2nd one of these I have had and certainly the most refined. Circa 1880.
