Just under 8 ft width this spectacular 18th Century sideboard has more character and craftsmanship than you would find in a similar reproduction for $15,000 and more. The size of this piece is 95 inches in width, it measures 30 inches deep and 36 inches tall. The top of this piece is of a single plank running almost the length of the sideboard and measures 28" Wide! . Inlays of rich crotched and straicht cut mahogany adorn the case of this heirloom. Theo original key findings and hardware are in tact. Raised cock beading runs the perimeter of the doors and drawers. The bottom hand carved gadrooned molding. The entire case is supported by tapered, fluted legs. This is a huge statement making piece that can be the showcase of any room. This piece was bought decades ago and has since resided in a Lake Lanier estate near Atlanta. You will not find another like it. Circa 1890.
