Just beautiful and so usable. This is a great early American style Cherry Hope Chest. It was probably made in the mid 1900's. It has minimal wear and the cedar lining smells fantastic to keep your clothing, linens, or bedding smelling fresh! It has a hinged lift top with a ton of storage inside. The faux drawers on the front with the solid brass hardware give it the appearance of being a low boy. It terminates in strong queen Anne Legs. This piece is great at the end of a bed, any where in the bedroom for storage, in the mudroom to sit down and take your shoes on and off. Super nice large 6- drawer bow front chest of drawers. This piece is super clean straight from an estate we just purchased near Atlanta. Beautiful walnut finish with lighter burl inlay on the drawer fronts. Beginning this fine piece is a solid bow front top with carved circles on the corners of a conforming chest and bow front drawers with solid cast pulls . Under the circled corners are carved fluted columns topped with gilded acanthus leaves. The top drawer has incredible incised floral carved arrangement. 22.5D x 45W x 62H This piece is spotless inside with minor wear. You would easily pay $1500 somewhere else. Enjoy this great buy.

It features thick, squared, and tapered posts, topped by round finials, beautiful solid pine, and a wide molding across the top of the headboard. It comes with the wood side rails. Very sturdy and extremely well made. The headboard and foot board measure 4"Deep x 63"Wide x 82"High. The headboard to top of post is 36" high, and the foot board to top of post is 49" high.
