Retiree Owned Catalina Sailboat. This does include the trailer, the 9.5HP Nissan Outboard motor, and the Rigging Lift. Is this boat perfect? NO. It is water worthy? Yes. It has most of interior wood redone, new rudder and till, retiree driven and well maintained. The boat has not been used for a couple of years and has a good layer of dust inside. The jib has been exposed to weather and the main sail may be missing. Haven't really gone thru the boat and I don't know much about the boat. I have seen others like it selling for a lot more. Very Nice, Clean, Retiree Driven, Inboard, Searay, 8 Cylinder Mercruiser Engine, New Propeller, New Battery, Full tank of gas, 259 hours on this boat, entirely rebuilt trailer. I am not a boat expert. I liquidate estates. We have this boat and it cranks easy and seems to be fine. Everything on the property is in good shape and well maintained. I think whoever gets this boat will get a good water worthy vehicle and not have to wonder if it has been abused.
